John Wick 3: Parabellum (2019)

John Wick: Chapter 3 Parabellum picks up moments after the events of Chapter 2, with Keanu Reeves returning as the legendary hitman now branded excommunicado. After killing a member of the High Table on the sacred grounds of the Continental Hotel, John Wick has a $14 million bounty on his head and every assassin in New York closing in. Stripped of the resources and protections he once relied on, Wick must call in old favors and outrun an army of killers determined to collect the price on his life. His search for a way out takes him from the streets of New York to the deserts of Morocco, where a familiar face named Sofia, played by Halle Berry, may hold the key to his survival. Directed by Chad Stahelski, Parabellum delivers the bone crunching combat, gun fu choreography, and stylish world building that made the franchise a global phenomenon. Featuring a supporting cast that includes Ian McShane, Laurence Fishburne, Asia Kate Dillon, and Mark Dacascos, this third chapter raises the stakes and expands the mythology of the assassin underworld like never before. Packed with relentless action and jaw dropping set pieces, John Wick 3 is essential viewing for fans of the series and newcomers alike.
