The Man With The Iron Heart (2017)

The Man With The Iron Heart is a gripping World War II thriller based on Laurent Binet's acclaimed novel HHhH and directed by Cédric Jimenez. Set at the height of the Third Reich in 1942, the film tells the true story of Operation Anthropoid, one of the most daring resistance missions of the war. As Germany expands its borders and terror spreads across occupied Europe, Reinhard Heydrich (Jason Clarke) rises to become the most feared man in the Nazi regime: head of the SS and Gestapo, and the cold mastermind behind the Final Solution. In London, the Czech resistance hatches a bold plan to stop him. Two young recruits, Jan Kubiš (Jack O'Connell) and Jozef Gabčík (Jack Reynor), parachute into Prague to carry out an assassination that could change the course of history. Featuring powerful performances from Rosamund Pike, Mia Wasikowska, and Stephen Graham, this historical action drama blends the rise of a monster with the courage of those who dared to resist. Intense, emotional, and rooted in real events, The Man With The Iron Heart is a haunting portrait of evil and the price of defiance. Watch it now, only on Tesliya.
